What to include

A few details help us understand the issue and respond with useful guidance.

What happened: Describe the issue and what you expected to happen.
Device details: Include your phone or tablet model and operating system.
App version: Find the version at the bottom of the Profile screen.
Helpful evidence: Attach a screenshot if it does not contain sensitive information.

Report an incorrect address, service time, phone number, or church detail through Suggest a correction in the app.

Tell us what device you use and whether location access is allowed. Include the church name if directions are incorrect.

Check that notifications are allowed for God Finder, then include the church and service time that did not alert you.

Include the email address on your account and the exact error message. Never send your password.

Review how God Finder handles data or submit an account deletion request.
